Job Description:

The Senior Designer - Layouts leads and coordinates the space design team and works closely with the Head of Design. Ensures timely production of space plans and development studies while adhering to technical and legislative requirements. Prepares contract documentation and creates graphic designs for commercial bids.

• Leading, coordinating and controlling space planners team.
• Close cooperation with Head of Design.
• Responsibility for processing site plans, business layouts, development studies.
• Responsibility for technical design and meeting all legislative requirements.
• Responsibility for the timely processing of the above documents for the needs of CTP (Business • • • Development, M and A Development, Regional Project Managers, Project Managers).
• Development of graphic attachments to commercial offers.
• Preparation of supporting documents for contract documentation.
• Sorting and archiving project documentation.
• Modification of building drawings in AutoCad 2D, Revit 3D models.
