At Almanac X Alcron Prague, we celebrate a new era of hospitality in one of the city’s most iconic hotels. Following a full transformation, our hotel combines modern lifestyle luxury with sustainability, art, and culinary excellence. Located just steps away from Wenceslas Square, we pride ourselves on a warm, contemporary atmosphere and a commitment to memorable guest experience.
Our Breakfast Restaurant reflects our philosophy: plant‑forward cuisine, zero‑waste principles, fresh local produce, and thoughtful presentation.
You will become a key part of this concept as a valued member of the breakfast team led by Silvia, our Breakfast Manager.
What we trust you with
- Providing warm, attentive, and personalized table service.
- Guiding guests through our breakfast concept and explaining the menu.
- Running your own section.
- Maintaining a smooth, high‑quality service flow in a busy morning environment.
- Following our service standards and sequence of service with confidence and pride.
- Working 5‑hour shifts from 6:30 am to 11:30 am based on your availability and our need (2 days a week, for instance)
- Carrying the Almanac spirit — always warm, always genuine.
- Enjoying what you do and contributing to a positive team vibe.
What makes you a match
- At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter, ideally in a high‑end hotel or busy breakfast operation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and diligence.
- A naturally positive attitude and ease in connecting with people.
- Conversational English; other languages are a plus.
- Flexibility and common sense; a desire to elevate the guest experience.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with your colleagues.
- A valid EU passport or Czech Republic work authorization.
