Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales activities across restaurant dining, office catering, and events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, an established network, and a proven track record in hospitality or premium services sales.
This role combines business development, key account management, and partnership building to drive revenue growth and strengthen Zátiší Group’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across restaurants, catering, and events, ensuring delivery against revenue targets and KPIs
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and convert new clients; generate leads, run meetings, and prepare tailored offers
- Client Relationships: Build and manage long-term partnerships, act as a key contact, and maximize upselling and repeat business
- Event & Catering Sales: Create customized solutions with internal teams, manage pricing and contracts, and close high-value deals
- Market Presence & Operations: Represent the company externally, build partnerships, track market trends, and ensure smooth reporting and overall sales support
- And everything else that may be needed
