We are recruiting a Customer Support Agent for our client's multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and monitor incoming customer enquiries in the Customer Service Management software tool (CSM/ServiceNow®).
  • Maintain the CSM customer database.
  • Provide first-level support for IT-related enquiries (account issues, authentication, software support).
  • Resolve general customer enquiries (information requests, navigation support, procedural guidance).
  • Administer and manage customer cases: registration, assignment, monitoring, and closure.
  • Report on customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support quality assurance monitoring and customer satisfaction assessment.


What We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory proficiency in these 3 languages: English, German (B2+ level) and French (B2 level), writing in English and German is essential!!
  • Professional, empathetic, and efficient support via email, phone, and webforms.
  • Experience with CSM ticketing systems and CRM tools is preferred, not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is valued.
  • Structured, organized approach to delivering consistent service quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective time management.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
