This leadership role is integral to delivering an exceptional fitness experience, ensuring high operational standards, and maintaining a dynamic and engaging environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales and consistently hit targets.
- Oversee gym facilities, ensuring all spaces and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Lead and motivate a team of trainers to maintain high energy and a positive vibe in the gym.
- Develop and evolve class schedules and personal training offerings, to drive engagement and participation.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, handling member feedback and ensuring swift resolution of concerns.
- Align with Marketing team plans to promote fitness and wellness initiatives effectively.
- Foster an exceptional member experience, from their first visit to reaching their fitness goals.
- Manage budgets, membership renewals, and personal training performance to drive revenue and financial growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Min 3 years Managerial experience
- Proven sales experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent in English and Czech
- Organised and reliable
- Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in fitness is a big plus
