As a member of the Sale Support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales organization, ensuring smooth coordination across customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. The role is responsibile for supporting contract administration, sales reporting, and business coordination activities related to logistics, invoicing, and service delivery. You will contribute to the achievement of sales objectives through efficient process management, high-quality documentation support, and proactive stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the sales team in the area of on-boarding of new salespersons, learning & development activties, data & information sharing either verbal or in written. Administering & maintaining dedicated shared folders/libraries & keeping them up to date

Provides full administrative and organizational support when it comes to organization of either internal corporate events / meetings or external customers events
- Assumes responsibility for consolidation of various reports and analysis based on Managements’ requirement. More specifically but not limited to: SFDC sales performance a activity reports, GPS reports upon request, monthly attendance report, monthly sales commission report, meeting minuttes, etc.
- Provides support to the sales team & Management with consolidation of sales presentations, sales promotions or any other type of sales tools. Lokalizes marketing materials to local language inclusive proof reading, coordinates sales leads management
- Supporting salespeople in the process of preparing initial commercial offers, tenders offers, reviewing commercial contracts or other documentation necessary for concluding contracts. If necesssary and agreed with the Management, liasing with dedicated legal expert to review & comment commercial contracts
- Supporting the salespeople and Direct Superior in adressing & solving customer compliants in close cooperation with other departments
- Supporting the Management and Direct Superior in creation of good working atmosphere, facilitating team work and collaboration with all departments within the company, both locally and internationally
- Other tasks and duties assigned to be accomplished by the Management of the company or Direct Superior
Essential:
- Completed secondary school education
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Professional knowledge of MS Office , CRM systems , preferably Salesforce
- Capability to collect, process, and analyze data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
