We are looking for Customer Service & Order Management.

KEY MISSION

  • Managing the end-to-end flow - from customer order to material procurement and final delivery.
  • Customer Care & Order Management:
    Ensuring high satisfaction by managing inquiries and accurately entering orders into the ERP system.
  • Material Procurement:
    Planning and ordering material based on customer demand and production needs to ensure continuous fulfillment.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Tracking order progress by managing communication with offshore producers and foreign development teams.
  • Logistics & Export Management:
    Full ownership of the export process, including invoicing, supporting documentation, and arranging international transport.
  • Inventory & Reporting:
    Monitoring stock levels and preparing regular reports for management to support data-driven decision-making. Close cooperation with the warehouse personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Secondary education or University degree
  • Experience in customer service / shipping / purchasing / planning
  • B2 or upper level English; Czech language required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good analytical skills and ability to take decisions based on facts and figures
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, great communication skills, ability to multi-task
