As part of our ongoing growth, we are building a reliable and structured operations team to ensure smooth daily processes and continuous development of new business areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling, inserting and organizing SIM cards
- Working with company hardware following structured procedures
- Scanning and documenting SIM cards
- Monitoring system status and reporting irregularities
- Performing simple technical tasks (e.g., reconnecting cables, restarting devices)
- Completing daily assigned tasks accurately
- Maintaining clear documentation
- Supporting the smooth daily workflow together with the team
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliability, precision and responsible work attitude
- Ability to follow defined procedures
- Basic IT knowledge (Windows, simple troubleshooting)
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple tables)
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a shift system and on weekend

We Offer
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week)
- 3-month probation period with reduced salary
- Salary after probation: 35,000 CZK / month
