Receptionist (Day & Night Shifts)
PINELLI HOTELS s.r.o. is looking for reliable, customer-oriented, and motivated Receptionists to join our team in Prague. We are currently hiring for both Day Receptionist and Night Receptionist positions.
What will be your responsibilities?
Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
Handling check-in and check-out procedures
Managing reservations and guest requests
Handling email correspondence and phone calls
Working with hotel systems and booking portals
Providing information about the hotel and local attractions
Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception
Cooperating with other hotel departments
For night shifts: performing basic administrative and reporting tasks
What do we expect from you?
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Czech and English (additional languages are an advantage)
Basic PC skills and ability to work with hotel software
Professional and representative appearance
Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience
Experience in a hotel environment or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement. We welcome motivated candidates and provide full training.

Position: Receptionist (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Vinohradská 1183/83, Prague – Vinohrady

Required Education: Secondary school with graduation (Maturita)
Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 CZK gross/month (depending on experience and shift schedule)
