Transport Planner

Your Role

As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for managing intercompany and shuttle transports across warehouses and factories, coordinate with carriers, lead the SC Officer in Planá DC, prepare regular transport reports, and handle invoice checks and transport claims.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Management

• Coordinate intercompany transports to warehouses
• Communicate with transport providers to ensure sufficient truck capacity based on PPF needs
• Manage transportation data in the Transporeon system
• Schedule and monitor delivery time slots
• Track and report transport costs
• Monitor frequency and quantity of inter-factory transfers

Ensure timely customer order dispatches from warehouses

• Coordinate priority loading to improve warehouse throughput
• Reporting & Analysis

Compile and maintain weekly transport cost reports

• Track transfer frequency by T-T teams
• Prepare weekly transport trend analysis

Invoice Control & Approval

• Register and verify transport invoices in the T-T system
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, operations, or supply chain)
• Min 2 years of experience in customer service (FMCG background is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Czech and English fluency required)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Proactive attitude, team-oriented approach, and good prioritization skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage customer expectations
